“London and Sydney will host Darkness Into Light events this year as Pieta House’s flagship fundraiser held in association with Electric Ireland goes international for the first time.”
Pieta House provides a free, therapeutic approach to people who are in suicidal distress and those who engage in self-harm.”

A gang of us cycled from Castlebar to Tuam on Monday last to join the Cycle against Suicide and then cycled back with them for a bit of fun
This was the gang; Freddie, Clive, Donald, John, Peter and Mark, it was a great day and would recommend it !

Was having breakfast this morning and listening to the radio. They were discussing time alignment which was about to occur 9:10 11/12/13 so went to get my camera to capture the moment. Had to go with the an older phone as the new phones appear to be month and date only. On checking the camera afterwards the time stamp on the camera was out, but sure I got the pic on the phones.
